And God said...."Let them eat meat"...

God has come down from heaven and appeared to select Bishops thoughout the world and has given their flock permission to eat meat on St. Patrick's Day. It's a freakin' miracle! Once again the Catholic powers-that-be have given me a reason to shake my head and renew my resolve to never again attend Mass. How terrible it would be for all those Catholics to suck it up and fast from eating meat on St. Patrick's Day? What a bunch of hipocrits! The Catholic Church has been making their own rules for years and this is just another in a long line of reasons why I left the Church. There must be quite a few parties hosted by Catholic Churches that would suffer monetary losses if they were forced to live by their own rules. Thank goodness God understood and took pity on them. Now that God has solved this problem, if He could just do something about that mess in Iraq......
